1985 OE 38- DS, 35 000 EUR

An OE 38, designed by the renowned yacht designer Olle Enderlein. This is a rare, custom-built deck saloon version, built as such from the outset at a boatyard in Finland to the original owners specifications not a later conversion. The yacht combines classic Scandinavian design, excellent sailing performance, and an unusually bright and spacious interior.
The deck saloon design provides the main saloon with abundant natural light and excellent all-round visibility, creating a comfortable living space both on extended cruises and while in harbour. Designed with offshore cruising in mind, she is equally well suited as a family yacht. The passage from the cockpit to the saloon is easy and secure, making the boat practical for children and dogs.
I am the second owner and have owned the yacht for 30 years. During the past ten years, she has only been launched for three summer seasons and has therefore seen very light use. She is mechanically in good condition, although, as expected for a yacht of her age, some cosmetic refurbishment would be beneficial.
The engine is a 44 hp Sole Mini with only 280 engine hours. The saildrive and a three-blade folding propeller were replaced when the engine was installed.
The sails are by North Sails and have been used for only three seasons. They are in good condition and include:
• Mainsail
• 120% furling genoa
• Spinnaker with snuffer (never used)
The yacht passed both her hull inspection and annual safety inspection in 2026.
