The Grand 340 Golden Line RIB is the smallest RIB in the Golden Line series. Despite its small size, it is a great boat with a more comprehensive interior and sophisticated details than is typical for RIB tenders of this size. The boat has a contemporary design, including seating in the bow, a minimalist console, a molded-in sofa with storage space, and fiberglass endings on the pontoons.

The boat is also practical for its size, which is why the Golden Line 340 has several good storage compartments and is, of course, self-bailing. The hull is an easy-to-drive V-bottom hull with good stability and load capacity—in other words, an easy-to-operate and safe boat with good load capacity and well-thought-out solutions. The boat is also cast very light and is therefore exceptionally well suited as a tender for larger vessels or for davits.

Grand Boats produces a number of great RIBs, from small tenders of 2.5 meters to complete cruising boats up to 8.5 meters. Grand focuses heavily on innovative solutions and has developed several good designs, such as their "High-Speed-Hull," which provides better stability at low speeds, improved sea handling, and a higher top speed. All development begins with computer simulation/CAD drawing and then proceeds through a series of development stages before finally becoming a finished product.

Grand is produced in Ukraine and maintains very high quality. All work is done by hand, and each model must go through a series of tests before it is finalized. Grand meets and follows a number of requirements, including the International Standard ISO/FDIS-6185, the European Community EEC Directive for Recreational Crafts 94/25/EC, and Norwegian Veritas approval. This makes Grand a RIB that wins on both quality and price.
