Built in 2002 by Leight Notika, Turkey, PHOENIX II is a 35.5m GRP motor yacht with naval architecture and exterior design by Dixon Yacht Design and interiors by Schnaase. Privately owned throughout her life, she has undergone an extensive refit and defect rectification programme during 2026.

Accommodating eight guests in four en-suite cabins, her layout includes a master suite with study, a VIP suite and two twin cabins. Separate accommodation provides six crew berths, with a dedicated crew mess and galley.

The contemporary interior combines pale lacquered panelling, brushed stainless steel, oak and wenge flooring, and warm cherry cabin joinery. A spacious main saloon, formal dining area for eight, concealed bar and professional stainless steel galley make her well suited to entertaining.

Outdoor spaces include a generous sundeck with jacuzzi, bar, sunpads and shaded seating, aft-deck dining, foredeck sunpads and a teak swim platform.

Currently Belize flagged, with re-registration to Jamaica in progress. Unclassed, with RINA entry under arrangement.
