New entry! X-482 designed by designed by Niels Jeppesen for sale in Rome. The modern 3-cabin layout differs primarily in the main saloon and longside galley compared to the classic version. Building number 57 which means one of the latest build X-482. Stiff, fast, easy to steer, and all the things on deck in the right position, no matter whether for cruising or racing. The X-482 is a proud babysister to the fantastic X-612 as wel as a proud big sister to the famous X-442.

Single owner and always used for private purpose (no charter). Extremely well maintained with continuous maintenance and updates. In 2021 the owner decided to replace the teak on the side deck with glasfiber. This means that only in the cockpit and central deck you find the original teak. The Yanmar 75 HP Turbo has been running for less than 800 hours and different spare parts have been replaced during the years. The propeller was recently dismantled and cleaned. The rod rig was replaced in 2020, and all seacocks replaced in 2023. The winches are bigger than standard, 3 of them electric. Batteries replaced in 2025. Hydraulic gangway, hydraulic kicker and backstay. Cooling box in the cockpit table.

Very well maintained below deck, no sense of humidity at all and very clean and rust free around all seacocks and keel bolts. The wooden interior stands beautiful with no signs of wear. All mattresses and sofa fabrics is made of Alcantara and appears like it was new. Alcantara feels warm in winter and cool in summer, and is easy to clean and stain, and it does not fade as easily in sunlight.

The sails consist of 2 main, 2 furling jib and a spinnaker including halyards and sheets. One main and one jib are recently new.
