El barco perteneció a la marina inglesa, encargado a Tyler bajo el diseño y control de los hermanos Ohlson. Corrió la Parmelya Race, saliendo de Southampton hasta Australia; salió quinto, al mando del capitán Daniels. Tiene el mismo nombre desde entonces: Pegasus of Arne. Estuvo años en exhibición en seco en una base naval militar en el Reino Unido. Fue adquirido por un matrimonio inglés, Ian y Rowena, que lo trajeron navegando y en Gibraltar le hicieron un refit y control general, de allí navegaron a Almeria, al puerto de Almerimar, allí fallece Ian de un ataque al corazón. Rowena pone el barco en el varadero seco durante años, hasta que como consecuencia del Brexit decide volver al Reino Unido. Lo compramos nosotros y le hemos hecho una actualización y reforma general. The boat belonged to the British Navy and was commissioned from Tyler under the design and supervision of the Ohlson brothers. It competed in the Parmelya Race, sailing from Southampton to Australia; it finished fifth, under the command of Captain Daniels. It has borne the same name ever since: Pegasus of Arne. It was on display on dry land for years at a military naval base in the United Kingdom. It was purchased by an English couple, Ian and Rowena, who sailed it to Gibraltar, where they had it refitted and underwent a general overhaul; from there, they sailed to Almería, to the port of Almerimar, where Ian died of a heart attack. Rowena kept the boat in dry dock for years, until, as a result of Brexit, she decided to return to the United Kingdom. We bought it and have carried out a general upgrade and renovation. It is in impeccable condition and sails magnificently. It comes with all kinds of equipment and spare sets of sails. The asking price does not recoup the investment made. It is being sold due to age.
