DIE FLEXIBLE SUNBEAM 22.1

Die gleichzeitig moderne wie geschmackvolle Optik der neuen Designsprache der SUNBEAM 28.1 führt die SUNBEAM 22.1 fort. Das kleinste Modell im Programm von Sunbeam Yachts spricht sowohl Fahrten ? als auch Regattasegler an und ist vielseitig einsetzbar. Der Rumpf mit durchlaufenden Chines sowie ein achterstagloses und einfach zu handelndes Bergströmrigg unterstreichen die Ausrichtung. Die zwei Meter langen Sitzduchten sowie der serienmäßig vorhandene Bug- und Heckkorb, Seereling, Badeleiter, Rollreffanlage plus selbstholende Winschen auf dem Kajütdach, spiegeln den Anspruch an Komfort und Sicherheit wieder.

In Zusammenarbeit mit J&J Design wurden zahlreiche wegweisende Lösungen im Detail entwickelt, so etwa das aufholbare vorbalancierte Ruder im Bionikdesign oder das schwenkbare Ballastschwert. Der Ballastanteil wird bei dieser Variante in den Rumpf integriert und sorgt für Sicherheit und Stabilität. Der Antrieb lässt sich bequem auf einer Schiene geführt aus dem Wasser heben und in einer der Backskisten im Cockpit einfach und sicher verstauen, ohne ihn dafür extra demontieren zu müssen. Die einfache Trailerbarkeit durch das Ballastschwert sorgt für eine nahezu unbegrenzte und maximale Flexibilität in der Revierwahl.
ie Sunbeam 22.1 kann mit ihren 6,85 Metern Länge und 2,49 Meter Breite sowie ihr geringes Gewicht von 1300kg einfach geslippt und hinter einem PKW gezogen werden. Mit einer Segelfläche im Großsegel von 17qm und einem Vorsegel von 11qm ist die neue SUNBEAM 22.1 ideal besegelt und kann optional mit einem Rollgennaker für ein einfaches Handling ausgestattet werden. Durch das Rumpfdesign bietet das Interieur mit einer Doppelkoje großzügige Platzverhältnisse für diese Größe im Vorschiff und kann bei Bedarf um vier Schlafplätze erweitert werden.

THE FLEXIBLE SUNBEAM 22.1

The SUNBEAM 22.1 continues the modern and tasteful look of the new design language of the SUNBEAM 28.1. The smallest model in the Sunbeam Yachts range appeals to both cruising and regatta sailors and is versatile. The hull with continuous chines and a backstay-free and easy-to-handle upstream rig underline the orientation. The two-meter-long seat thwarts as well as the standard bow and stern pulpit, sea railing, bathing ladder, roller reefing system plus self-tailing winches on the coachroof reflect the demand for comfort and safety.

In collaboration with J&J Design, numerous pioneering solutions have been developed in detail, such as the retractable pre-balanced rudder in bionic design or the pivoting ballast centerboard. In this variant, the ballast section is integrated into the fuselage and ensures safety and stability. The drive can be conveniently lifted out of the water on a rail and stowed easily and safely in one of the cockpit lockers without having to dismantle it. The easy trailerability of the ballast centerboard ensures almost unlimited and maximum flexibility in the choice of area.
he Sunbeam 22.1 is 6.85 meters long, 2.49 meters wide and weighs just 1300 kg, making it easy to slip and tow behind a car. With a sail area in the mainsail of 17 square meters and a headsail of 11 square meters, the new SUNBEAM 22.1 is ideal for sailing and can optionally be equipped with a furling gennaker for easy handling. Thanks to the hull design, the interior with a double berth offers generous space for this size in the foredeck and can be extended by four berths if required.
