Le voilier est un Romanée dont le roof a été surélevé de 5 cm à la commande par un ancien propriétaire. (nous sommes les troisièmes propriétaires). Il est actuellement immatriculé à Genève sur le lac leman.

Le bateau est en très bon état et très confortable à vivre.
Il n'a jamais connu l'eau salée et la coque en aluminium est en très bon état.

The sailboat is a Romanée whose roof was raised by 5 cm at the request of a former owner. (We are the third owners.) It is currently registered in Geneva on Lake Geneva.
10.20 m x 3.50 m x 1.60 m + 1.86 m headroom
The boat is in very good condition and very comfortable to live on.
It has never been in saltwater, and the aluminum hull is in very good condition.
Maintenance:

• Boat sandblasted in 2022. Deck painted and antifouling applied (4 coats of Metagrip Inversalu)
  
• Plexiglass windows replaced in 2022.
• Deck hardware inspected; boat is safe and responsive
• Electrical system from 2023 with new 320W solar panels
• 100-amp “Liontron” lithium battery.
  
• 220V inverter.
• 12V refrigerator (2023). The boat is self-sufficient in electricity year-round.
