Wir verkaufen wegen Aufgabe des Segelsports unsere Noordkaper 31 VM. Das Boot ist mit geringem Tiefgang und Schwenkkiel ideal für die Waddensee und die Binnenseen geeignet und bietet aufgrund der Breite und des hohen Balastanteils eine sehr hohe Stabilität und kaum Krängung beim Segeln. Das Boot ist für maximale Autarkie im Watt ausgerüstet (große Batterie, Solaranlage, Nonolet-Komposttoilette, Origo-Spiritus-Herd mit Backofen, Feststoff-Ofen). Aufgrund der 4-6 Schlafplätze und des riesigen Cockpits ist die Visserman ein ideales Familienboot.

Baunummer 3 von nur einem knappen Dutzend dieses Klassikers von Martin Bekebrede. Die Durchfahrtshöhe beträgt 11,50m. Was steht für den neuen Eigner vor dem ersten Segeln an?
Im Rahmen der fälligen Neulackierung des Mastes wurde festgestellt, das der Mast erneuert werden muss. Hierfür liegt ein Angebot eines Mastbauers (Oregon-Kiefernholz) für ca. 7.000 Euro vor.

Was steht für den neuen Eigner noch an?
Feuchtigkeitsschäden an der Innenverkleidung unter Deck, Erneuerung des Decks im Vorschiffbereich und der Seitenlaufflächen.

Für die oben genannten notwendigen Arbeiten ist der Kaufpreis bereits entsprechend reduziert.

We are selling our Noordkaper 31 VM because we are giving up sailing. With its shallow draft and swing keel, the boat is ideally suited for the Wadden Sea and inland lakes, and thanks to its width and high ballast ratio, it offers excellent stability and minimal heel when sailing. The boat is equipped for maximum self-sufficiency in the mudflats (large battery, solar system, Nonolet composting toilet, Origo spirit stove with oven, solid fuel stove). With 4–6 berths and a huge cockpit, the Visserman is an ideal family boat.

What needs to be done by the new owner before the first sail?
During the scheduled repainting of the mast, it was determined that the mast needs to be replaced. A quote from a mast builder (Oregon pine) for approximately 7,000 euros is available.

What else is on the agenda for the new owner?
Moisture damage to the interior paneling below deck, replacement of the deck in the foredeck area and the side walkways.

The purchase price has already been reduced accordingly to account for the necessary work listed above.
