Notes

2007 Nautitech 44, GBP 168,000

A unique opportunity to acquire a proven offshore catamaran out of Naval Architects Mortain & Mavrikious giving you excellent stable seagoing performance in various weather conditions .
This is the 4 cabin 4 head version and has only one previous owner and has never been in charter , very low use .
Capable sailing yacht with twin outboard steering stations , these boats sail well upwind unlike some catamarans .

We are selling as we are time poor but would look at half share under the right circumstances and suitability .
