1973 Nauticat 33, EUR 4,000

Hallo,
schweren Herzens muss ich leider meine Nauticat aufgeben. Habe sie vor anderthalb Jahren gekauft. Seit dem habe ich das Achterkabinen so wie das Vorkabinendach erneuert und mit Glasfaser / Epoxid laminiert.
Der Rumpf ist bei diesen Booten aus GFK, der Aufbau jedoch aus Mahagoni / Sperrholz. Das Teak/Fugen auf den Achter sowie Vorkabinendach war undicht, so dass das Sperrholz darunter morsch wurde. Dies habe ich ausgetauscht und danach laminiert. Letztes Jahr wurden auch durch einen Fachmann alle Dichtungen am Motor erneuert und geprüft.
Segel sind vorhanden, das Boot liegt im Hafen und ist aufgetakelt.

Die Fugen auf dem Teakdeck sind teilweise erneuert. Die Innenverkleidung der Decke fehlt im Vorschiff. Diese kann man mit Okoume nach bauen. Hierzu bin ich leider nicht gekommen.

Wollte vor 3 Monaten den Motorraum und die Bilge reinigen, dabei kam es jedoch zu einer schweren Verpuffung durch Bremsenreiniger. Ich bin nun erst mal körperlich nicht in der Lage die Schäden zu beheben und möchte nun das Boot an den nächsten abgeben.
Deswegen auch der günstige Preis. Der Wert des Bootes lag bei ca 30.000€.
Reparaturkosten werden aber sicherlich die 20.000€ bis 25.000€ erreichen wenn man es ordentlich und selber macht.
Der Hafen hat keinen Kran, also ist der Transport zum Winterlager zu beachten. Kann eine Halle in Greifswald empfehlen.

Beschädigt sind definitiv:
-fast alle Fenster
-die Inneneinrichtung (die Letzten Fotos zeigen den aktuellen Zustand, leider habe ich nicht mehr Fotos)

Unklar ist noch wie es aussieht mit:
-Elektrik
-Motor
-Drahtzüge der Steuerung

Ich wohne in Berlin und bin durch meine Verletzungen nicht in der Lage eine Führung vor Ort zu machen, würde aber eine organisieren können.

It is with a heavy heart that I must unfortunately part with my Nauticat. I bought it a year and a half ago. Since then, I have replaced the aft cabin and the foredeck roof and laminated them with fiberglass and epoxy.
The hull on these boats is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), but the superstructure is made of mahogany and plywood. The teak and caulking on the aft and forward cabin roofs were leaking, causing the plywood underneath to rot. I replaced that and then laminated it. Last year, a professional also replaced and inspected all the engine gaskets.
Sails are included; the boat is moored in the harbor and is rigged.

Some of the joints on the teak deck have been replaced. The interior ceiling paneling is missing in the forward cabin. This can be rebuilt using okoumé. Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten around to doing that yet.

Three months ago, I wanted to clean the engine compartment and the bilge, but a severe flash fire occurred due to brake cleaner. At the moment, I’m physically unable to repair the damage and would now like to pass the boat on to the next owner.
That’s why the price is so low. The boat’s value was approximately €30,000.
However, repair costs will certainly reach €20,000 to €25,000 if you do the work yourself properly.
The marina doesn’t have a crane, so transportation to winter storage needs to be arranged. I can recommend a storage facility in Greifswald.

The following are definitely damaged:
-almost all windows
-the interior (the last photos show the current condition; unfortunately, I don’t have any more photos)

It’s still unclear what the situation is with:

• the electrical system
  
• the engine
  
• the control cables
  

I live in Berlin and, due to my injuries, am unable to conduct an on-site tour myself, but I could arrange one.
