Sehr gepflegte und mit vielen neuen Details ausgerüstete Mittelcockpit Yacht Typ Najad 400. Tiefes, geschütztes Mittelcockpit mit hohem Süll und fester Windschutzscheibe mit seitlichen Handläufen. Alle Luken und Scheiben mit Edelstahlrahmen. Breite Seitendecks mit erhöhtem Süllrand ermöglichen eine sichere Bewegung an Deck. Obwohl die NAJAD 400 bereits ein modernes Design von Judel/Vrolijk & co. ist, hat sie noch das traditionelle, zuverlässige Unterwasserschiff mit tiefer Bilge, Skeg vor dem Ruderblatt und Wellenantrieb. Liebevoll ausgeführter, seidenmatt lackierter Mahagoni-Ausbau in bester skandinavischer Bootsbau-Tradition. 2 Kabinen-Layout mit Eignerkabine über die gesamte Breite der Yacht im Heck und große Längspantry mit reichlich Stauraum im Durchgang nach achtern inklusive Induktionskochfeld und Dampfkombibackofen mit Mikrowelle. Das Schiff wurde in 2024 Umfangreich mit neuen hochwertigen Polstern und Bootsmatrazen sowie neuen Gardinen ausgestattet. Im Januar 2025 wurden noch eine neue Sprayhood und neue Kuchenbude installiert und das Steuerrad hat einen neuen Lederbezug erhalten.

Besonderheiten dieser NAJAD 400 sind das zentrale Mittelbett in der Eignerkabine und die separate Duschkabine im Vorschiff an Backbord. Der technisch versierte Eigner hat die Yacht mit einer komplett neuen Stromversorgung inklusive Lithium Batteriebank mit 990Ah, 6 KW Inverter/ Lader sowie Solaranlage ausgestattet. Das Schiff wurde mit einer neuen elektrischen Rollreffanlage von Selden und elektrischen Winschen von Andersen ausgerüstet und ist daher auch mit kleiner Crew oder als Eigner Paar einfach zu segeln. Alle Fallen und Strecker wurden ins Cockpit umgelenkt. Die Yacht befindet sich seit ihrer Erstwasserung im Jahre 2002 in der Ostsee, wurde ausschließlich in Nordeuropa gesegelt und liegt jetzt im Hallenwinterlager. Das Schiff ist überkomplett ausgerüstet.

Description

Very well maintained and with many new details equipped center cockpit yacht type Najad 400. Deep, protected center cockpit with high coaming and fixed windshield with side handrails. All hatches and windows with stainless steel frames. Wide side decks with raised coaming allow safe movement on deck. Although the NAJAD 400 is already a modern design by Judel/Vrolijk & co., it still has the traditional, reliable underwater hull with deep bilge, skeg in front of the rudder blade and shaft drive. Lovingly finished, silk-matt varnished mahogany interior in the best Scandinavian boatbuilding tradition. 2 cabin layout with owner's cabin across the entire width of the yacht in the stern and large longitudinal pantry with ample storage space in the passageway aft including induction hob and steam combi oven with microwave. The ship was extensively fitted with new high-quality upholstery and boat mattresses as well as new curtains in 2024. In January 2025, a new sprayhood and new cake stand were installed and the steering wheel was given a new leather cover.

Special features of this NAJAD 400 are the central mid-berth in the owner's cabin and the separate shower cabin in the foredeck on the port side. The technically savvy owner has equipped the yacht with a completely new power supply including a lithium battery bank with 990Ah, 6 KW inverter/charger and solar system. The yacht has been equipped with a new electric furling system from Selden and electric winches from Andersen and is therefore easy to sail even with a small crew or as an owner couple. All halyards and outhauls have been relocated to the cockpit. The yacht has been in the Baltic Sea since her first launch in 2002, has been sailed exclusively in Northern Europe and is now in indoor winter storage. The ship is fully equipped.
