Vendo per passaggio a categoria superiore splendido LM27 del cantiere Danese Glassfiber . Barca a vela con generoso pozzetto con tavolo ampio Gavoni laterali molto spaziosi apribili e ribaltabili con copertura in legno, completi di cuscini .
Appena affiancato al pozzetto angolo cucina molto comodo con 4 profondi cassetti e due ampi gavoni per le pentole e le bombole del gas . Piano lavello e cucina in acciaio in un unico stampo . Mobile ad anta sotto lavello ampio e profondo. Dal lato opposto pilotina di guida con strumentazione completa di cartografico, stazione del vento e scandaglio . Sotto la postazione di guida ampio gavone, frigo e piano estraibile.
Guida anche con barra dal pozzetto di poppa .

LM 27 for Sale
I am selling this stunning LM 27 from the Danish shipyard Glassfiber as I am upgrading to a larger boat. This sailboat features a spacious cockpit with a large table, as well as very roomy side lockers that open and tilt, with wooden covers, complete with cushions.
Right next to the cockpit is a very convenient galley corner with four deep drawers and two large lockers for pots, pans, and gas cylinders. The sink and cooktop are made of one-piece cast stainless steel. There is a large, deep cabinet with a door under the sink. On the opposite side, the helm station is equipped with a full set of instruments, including a chart plotter, wind station, and depth sounder. Beneath the helm station is a large storage locker, a refrigerator, and a pull-out countertop.
Steering is also possible via a tiller from the aft cockpit.
Inside, there is a bathroom with an electric toilet, sink, and retractable shower, a closet, and a saloon with two large sofas that convert into two French beds, a table that opens from both sides—all complemented by ample side storage spaces and a forward cabin; the cabin is very tall, over 2 meters.
On deck, there are two spacious sunbathing areas with custom cushions. There is a hatch leading from the forward cabin and a wooden and glass skylight in the saloon.
Built in 1980, the boat is equipped with a recently manufactured 40 cv Nanni diesel engine that has always been regularly serviced, and is rigged with a jib and a mainsail, along with lines and rigging in generally good condition.
The boat is equipped with a solar panel powering three 100Ah gel batteries and a 120 Ah starter battery.
A black water tank is installed.

The electrical and plumbing systems have been completely redone recently, as have all sea cocks. Shore power charger, 3 KVA inverter, and 220V distribution panel complete with outlets in the cabin and galley, and a 220V water heater.
