Notes
1993 Lemsteraak Zonnewind - Roefuitvoering, EUR 145,000
Lemsteraak Zonnewind is a very complete, ready-to-sail beautiful family ship that can be sailed by a small crew. Designed by A. de Boer, the ship was launched by Van Rijnsoever in 1993.
The ship is in very good condition. It is modestly but functionally decorated with woodcarvings. There is little teak that requires a lot of maintenance. This ship receives regular compliments.
With a length of 10.05 m and a width of 3.85 m, the Sunwind is a manageable, also on the engine, well maneuvering, stable ship. Ballast through thickened flat plate. Hydraulic steering, with linked Evolution EV 400 autopilot. The Raymarine Axiom 9 chartplotter and the linked autopilot, depth, windex, and speedometer at the helm make the ship suitable for a small (solo) crew. The chartplotter is easily removable, mounted on the helm. The sail wardrobe consists of mainsail with sail number VB 208, jib and staysail. Lewmar winches for staysail, jib, and backstays are located at the deep cockpit. The mainsail is easily hoisted with the proven (de Groot Stavoren) one-line system. The boat is also equipped with roller furlers and lazy jacks.
The ship offers surprisingly much space. The light interior (sprayed white with teak) gives a spacious feeling. Because it is built on the flat, there is a full standing height of over 190 cm under the complete cabin. It has a classic, functional layout with spacious salon and galley to port, and a navigation seating area and bench to starboard. The blue leather comfortable seating benches with foldable table make the salon a pleasant living space. The cabin can be heated by the Webasto hot air heating with thermostat. Hot and cold running water with pressure pump also for outside shower (inside shower prepared), in the galley and in the wet cell. There are 7 berths, 5 fixed divided over two cabins in the bow. The ship is equipped with a starter battery, two service batteries, and shore power sockets.
The simple, with spreader, collapsible mast and folding mast top expand the sailing area. The Hollandse bridge, Stichtse bridge, and Ketel bridge are therefore no barriers for the Sunwind. Father Jacob is a charming family ship, suitable for long trips, even offshore.
