This Lagoon 570 offers a spacious five-cabin configuration with five double guest cabins, each served by an electric bathroom, together with a separate crew cabin in the forward peak. The interior refit was completed in 2025, and the accommodation includes air conditioning, taupe and red upholstery, a teak cockpit, new cockpit cushions and a cockpit table. Guest capacity is stated at 14 persons, with 900 litres of fresh water and a black water system.

Propulsion is provided by two Volvo 75 hp engines installed in 2025, with approximately 100 engine hours, together with two sail drives showing approximately 100 hours. The electrical installation combines 14 solar panels with Victron regulators, six new 225Ah service batteries, four 70Ah engine/radio batteries, a 3000W Victron inverter, a Multiplus charger and 220V shore power. Domestic equipment includes three 220V refrigerators, a separate freezer and two 60-litre hot water tanks.

The sailing and navigation inventory includes a full-batten mainsail, a self-tacking Profurl genoa, a 160 m² fly genoa and a spinnaker with sock. Standing rigging was replaced in 2016, while two helm-visible chartplotters were added in 2024. Deck equipment includes a 1700W electric windlass, a 40 kg anchor with 80 metres of 12 mm chain, and an electric Lewmar winch. A rigid-bottom Walty tender with a 15 hp two-stroke outboard and a 12-person life raft are also included. The vessel is Malta flagged and VAT paid.
