Ende 2021 kündigten wir – Daniel und Laura – unsere Führungspositionen in Deutschland, packten unsere zwei Hunde Aries und Abby ein und brachen auf. Erst im Wohnmobil durch Europa, dann auf diese Kufner 54, die seitdem unser Zuhause war. Über 25.000 Seemeilen haben wir auf ihr zurückgelegt: durch die dalmatinische Inselwelt, entlang der griechischen Ionischen Inseln, über die offene Adria bis nach Italien. Wir haben Stürme bei Capri erlebt, stille Ankerplätze in den Kornaten gefunden und über 160 Gäste auf wöchentlichen Törns durch Kroatien und Griechenland mitgenommen.

Aus dieser Erfahrung entstand BlackSails-Yachting – unser Segelreisebüro, über das Business Insider und Hogn.de berichtet haben. Die „Sauvignon Blanc" war der Anfang von allem.

Wir kennen jede Ecke dieses Schiffes. Die Kufner 54 wurde gebaut, um auf dem Meer zu leben – nicht nur darauf Urlaub zu machen. 50 m² ebenes Teakdeck, 20 m² Salon, 5 Kabinen mit 4 Nasszellen. Platz für eine große Crew, Komfort für eine lange Reise. Die Yacht wurde 2020 umfassend überholt und stets professionell gewartet.

At the end of 2021, we—Daniel and Laura—quit our executive positions in Germany, packed up our two dogs, Aries and Abby, and set off. First in a camper van through Europe, then on this Kufner 54, which has been our home ever since. We’ve covered over 25,000 nautical miles on her: through the Dalmatian archipelago, along the Greek Ionian Islands, across the open Adriatic Sea all the way to Italy. We’ve weathered storms off Capri, found quiet anchorages in the Kornati Islands, and hosted over 160 guests on weekly cruises through Croatia and Greece.

From this experience, BlackSails-Yachting was born—our sailing travel agency, which has been featured by Business Insider and Hogn.de. The “Sauvignon Blanc” was where it all began.

We know every nook and cranny of this ship. The Kufner 54 was built to live on the sea—not just to vacation on it. 50 m² of flat teak deck, 20 m² salon, 5 cabins with 4 wet rooms. Space for a large crew, comfort for a long voyage. The yacht underwent a comprehensive overhaul in 2020 and has always been professionally maintained.
