Zum Verkauf steht diese Stahlsegelyacht mit Hubkiel (variabler Tiefgang 0,95 m - 1,75 m, von Hand betriebene Hydraulik) und einem Yanmar Dieselmotor. Der Innenausbau wurde vom Ersteigner in Eigenleistung getätigt. Die Yacht wurde 2020 vom jetzt leider verstorbenen Eigner erworben, davor war sie seit 1995 im Zweitbesitz. Im Vorschiff befindet sich ein großes Rundsofa, mittig ist die Pantry mit Kocher, Kühlbox und Spülbecken an der Backbordseite angebracht. Steuerbord befindet sich ein separater WC Raum. Neben dem Niedergang befindet sich Backbord uns Steuerbord je eine Koje. Es gibt keine (!) weiteren Schlafplätze an Bord. Segeltechnisch ist das Schiff mit einem gelattetem Großsegel, Selbstwendefock und Spinnaker ausgestattet sowie Lewmar 40 / 42 Winschen. Alle Segel sind vom Cockpit aus bedienbar. Das Schiff liegt an Land in Neustadt in Holstein und kann nach Absprache besichtigt werden. Leider ist das Schiff überholungsbedürftig sowohl im Unterwasserbereich als auch im Innenbereich, wo es einen massiven Wassereinbruch (vermutlich über die Fenster gegeben hat).

The interior was completed by the first owner himself. The yacht was purchased in 2020 by the owner, who has since sadly passed away; prior to that, it had been in its second ownership since 1995. The foredeck features a large round sofa; the galley, equipped with a stove, cooler, and sink, is located in the center on the port side. A separate toilet room is located on the starboard side. Next to the companionway, there is one berth on the port side and one on the starboard side. There are no (!) additional berths on board. In terms of sailing equipment, the boat is fitted with a battened mainsail, self-tacking jib, and spinnaker, as well as Lewmar 40/42 winches. All sails can be operated from the cockpit. The boat is moored in Neustadt in Holstein and can be viewed by appointment. Unfortunately, the boat is in need of refurbishment both below the waterline and inside, where there has been significant water ingress (presumably through the windows).
