Der Mahagonibereich an Deck kann mit einer vorhandenen Schutzplane gegen UV-Strahlung abgedeckt werden.

Die letzte Unterwasserinspektion inkl. Antifouling war Februar 2025; alles i.O.

Aktuell anstehende Arbeiten:

• [ ] Das Vorsegel muss erneuert werden. Die Kosten für ein neues Vorsegel belaufen sich auf etwa 1.500 €. Das bestehende Rollfock-/Treckersystem kann selbstverständlich weiter verwendet werden. Wer eine klassische Rollfockanlage bevorzugt, kann diese beim örtlichen deutschsprachigen Segelmacher für ungefähr 4.500 € erneuern. Eine weitere Möglichkeit wäre die Installation eines zusätzlichen Vorstags mit separater Fock.

Kosten für den Liegeplatz beträgt ca. 500€ monatlich.

Ungefähre laufende Wartungskosten:

Antifouling: ca. 400 € für Material
Kranen: je nach Standort ca. 150–350 €
allgemeine Wartung (Motor, Segel usw.): ca. 500 € jährlich, je nach Bedarf

Das Schiff fuhr bisher unter deutscher Flagge. Die deutsche Registrierung wurde inzwischen gelöscht.
Dies bietet dem neuen Eigentümer die Möglichkeit das Schiff entsprechend seinen persönlichen Bedürfnissen neu zu registrieren.

Die bisher für das Schiff anfallenden Steuern wurden bezahlt. Bei einem Eigentümerwechsel können jedoch in Spanien bzw. auf den Kanarischen Inseln Steuern auf die Eigentumsübertragung anfallen.

Die bestehende Versicherung kann vom neuen Eigentümer übernommen werden.

Das Schiff liegt auf La Gomera und kann nach Absprache besichtigt werden.

The yacht is in good, well-maintained condition.

The mahogany area on deck can be covered with an existing protective tarp to shield against UV radiation.

The last underwater inspection, including antifouling, was in February 2025; everything was in order.

Work currently pending:

• [ ] The headsail needs to be replaced. The cost of a new headsail is approximately €1,500. The existing furling jib/trimmer system can, of course, continue to be used. Those who prefer a classic furling jib system can have it replaced by a local German-speaking sailmaker for approximately €4,500. Another option would be to install an additional forestay with a separate jib.

The cost for the berth is approximately 500€ per month.

Approximate ongoing maintenance costs:

Antifouling: approx. 400 € for materials
Crane service: approx. 150–350 €, depending on location
General maintenance (engine, sails, etc.): approx. €500 annually, as needed

The vessel previously sailed under the German flag. The German registration has since been canceled.
This gives the new owner the opportunity to re-register the vessel according to their personal needs.

All taxes previously due on the vessel have been paid. However, in the event of a change of ownership, taxes on the transfer of ownership may apply in Spain or the Canary Islands.

The new owner may take over the existing insurance policy.

The vessel is moored on La Gomera and can be viewed by appointment.
