Deze 2003 Hanse 311, ontworpen door Judel/Vrolijk en gebouwd door Hanse, is een compact polyester zeiljacht van 9.45m lengte, 3.20m breedte en een diepgang van 1.40m, met bulbkiel, helmstok en een mahonie interieur.

Met 2 hutten en een stahoogte tot 1.85m in de salon biedt zij comfortabele accommodatie voor een klein gezelschap. Ze verdringt 3.86 ton en wordt aangedreven door een Volvo Penta MD2020 dieselmotor van 19pk met saildrive en een vaste schroef. De saildrive-manchet is vernieuwd in 2024.

Het zeilplan bestaat uit een doorgelat grootzeil, een nieuwe genua van Vuurtoren Lemmer (2025), een keerfok (2003) en een gennaker met slurf voor lichtweer, met een maindropsystem en 4 lieren. De sprayhood en lazybag zijn nieuw uit 2024. De navigatieapparatuur bestaat uit een Simrad systeem met echolood, log, windset, marifoon en autopiloot. De kaartplotter is defect en dient vervangen te worden.

Het elektrische systeem beschikt over een nieuwe startaccu en serviceaccu (beide 2026), een acculader en walstroom. Aan boord is het comfort goed verzorgd met een binnen- en buitendouche, toilet met 30 liter vuilwatertank, koelkast, oven, 2-pits gasfornuis, warmwaterboiler en Webasto dieselverwarming.

Buiten beschikt de boot over een geïntegreerd zwemplatform, zwemtrap en een reddingsvlot. BTW is aantoonbaar betaald; het schip is niet geregistreerd en niet gekeurd. Een compact en betaalbaar zeiljacht met recente investeringen in zeilen, accu's en saildrive.

This 2003 Hanse 311, designed by Judel/Vrolijk and built by Hanse, is a compact polyester sailing yacht 9.45 m in length, 3.20 m wide, and a draft of 1.40 m, featuring a bulb keel, tiller steering, and a mahogany interior.

With two cabins and a headroom of up to 1.85 m in the salon, she offers comfortable accommodations for a small group. She displaces 3.86 metric tons and is powered by a 19-pk Volvo Penta MD2020 diesel engine with a saildrive and a fixed propeller. The saildrive seal was replaced in 2024.

The sail plan consists of a battened mainsail, a new genoa from Vuurtoren Lemmer (2025), a jib (2003), and a gennaker with a spinnaker pole for light winds, featuring a main drop system and 4 winches. The sprayhood and lazy bag are new from 2024. The navigation equipment consists of a Simrad system with a depth sounder, log, wind set, VHF radio, and autopilot. The chartplotter is defective and needs to be replaced.

The electrical system features a new starter battery and service battery (both from 2026), a battery charger, and shore power. Comfort on board is well taken care of with an indoor and outdoor shower, a toilet with a 30-liter holding tank, a refrigerator, an oven, a 2-burner gas stove, a hot water heater, and a Webasto diesel heater.
