Granada 35 er indrettet med agterkahyt, med soveplads tl 2 personer.
Salon med Pantry, navigationsbord og U-sidde arrangement der kan benyttes til sovepladser. Pantry er med 2 vaske, trykvand, køleboks med kompressor. Ved Pantry er der depotrum med teknik og god plads til det ekstra.
Mellem gang med indgang til Toiletrum med nyt Toilet, håndvask og trykvand.
Holding tank samt ny pumpe (ikke monteret).

The owner is selling the boat due to a switch to a motorboat.
The boat is on land, ready for the new season, with the hull painted, polished, etc.
The Granada 35 features an aft cabin with sleeping accommodations for up to 2 people.
The salon includes a galley, navigation table, and U-shaped seating arrangement that can be converted into sleeping berths. The galley is equipped with 2 sinks, pressurized water, and a compressor-powered cooler. Next to the galley is a storage room with equipment and plenty of space for extras.
A central hallway leads to the bathroom with a new toilet, sink, and pressurized water.
Holding tank and new pump (not installed).
Forecabin with sleeping space for 2 people.

The Granada 35 is fitted with a teak deck, which is worn through.

Volvo Penta MD11C, model year 1981, 23 HK with Martec freshwater cooling. 2-blade folding propeller.
Batteries: 2 service batteries from 2020, 1 starter battery from 2024.
Seacocks for the toilet and cockpit drain replaced in 2024—the others are in good condition.
