Etap yachts have become legendary for three reasons: they are unsinkable, they sail really fast, and they impress with an almost perfect interior finish. If you want to combine these qualities in a sailboat, there is no way around an Etap yacht. Buy your Etap yacht at Boat24 – you won't regret it!

A duck that should always stay afloat
The (stylized) duck in the Etap yacht logo may be flying, yet it still became the symbol of unsinkability.
A symphony of comfort, performance and security
All Etap yachts are built according to the same "ship-within-a-ship" system: deck and hull have a double-walled construction, and the spaces between the two deck and hull shells are filled with "closed-cell" PU foam. Without any loss of space inside the boat, this means that practically no water is taken on in the event of a leak, the yacht retains sufficient buoyancy and stays upright and stable.
Functional and clever
This "two-shell principle" also offers further advantages: it structurally reinforces the hull and the deck and provides excellent acoustic and thermal insulation below deck (no condensation).
The people behind Etap have always made sure that their boats are not only safe, but also fully capable under sail. All Etap models are proven to sail well to excellently on every point of sail. On the one hand they respond sensitively to good trim, yet they are considered good-natured and forgive even serious mistakes, for example during maneuvers.
The interior fit-out of the boats is, logically enough, always in keeping with its time. With a history spanning more than 40 years, quite different styles can therefore be found. You can always assume, however, that the interior is functional to downright clever.
