Dehler 44 Racing/Cruising Sailboat
The Dehler 44 is a racing/cruising sailboat built in 2008 by the Dehler shipyard. It is made of monolithic polyester with closed-cell foam and epoxy resin, making it less sensitive to osmosis. The mast and boom are made of carbon.
Specifications
Construction: monolithic polyester, closed-cell foam, epoxy resin.
Mast and boom: carbon.
Deck: teak.
Equipment: new rigging, trysail stay, desalinator, fuel cell.
History and Usage
The sailboat was stored ashore during the winter until 2015.
The first owner participated in several Fastnet races and equipped the boat for long-distance sailing before leaving France in 2015.
The current owner has participated in regattas in French Polynesia, notably the Tahiti Pearl Regatta, and has used the sailboat for family and friends' cruises in the Leeward Islands and the Tuamotu. It is constantly maintained and hauled out every year. The hull paint is now new, bright red, unmistakable on the water.
Location and Status
The boat is located in French Polynesia.
Import taxes in French Polynesia have been paid.
The sailboat can be delivered anywhere in the Pacific and even worldwide. More details and pictures on xboat.uk
