This is a very special ship with lots of character and an exciting history. The ship was built by the current owner's husband between 1973 and around 1980 as a Colin Archer-inspired motor sailer with a short bowsprit. It is a distinctive, charming and spacious vessel, with full headroom in the cabin, built in ferrocement with a wooden superstructure and coachroof, wooden mast and wooden boom.

Over the years, the ship has had several functions and has been used as a houseboat in Elsinore. The seller's husband later bought the ship back with a view to a major renovation, which was initiated in the period 2023-2025. The renovation included a new water tank, new pipes, new batteries, new mechanical ventilation, painting inside and out and much more. Unfortunately, the owner passed away before the project was fully completed and the boat is now being sold as a viable project.

Some work is expected to be required to complete and secure the boat, and there are places in the roof that show signs of moisture penetration. On the other hand, the engine starts and runs fine, and the boat is a good starting point for the buyer who wants a special vessel with possibilities - either as a tour boat, alternative leisure boat or perhaps continued use as a houseboat, where conditions allow.
