Hello,

The boat is currently on dry storage in Leros, and an annual storage contract has been signed.

The engine has 1,300 running hours, and the generator has 550 hours. However, the generator has an issue that needs to be inspected and repaired.

The rigging appears to be in good condition.

All electronic equipment and air conditioning units are working properly.

EU VAT has not been paid.

The boat is UK-flagged.

There is some rust on the keel, which requires sanding and repainting.

Apart from these issues, there are no other known problems with the boat.
