2010 zelfbouw varend woonschip (ex marine) for sale

Zeer ruime varende woonboot.
Deze boot is van mijn vader geweest, en hij heeft er vele jaren mee door Europa gevaren.
Inmiddels is hij overleden en de boot heeft de nodige liefde nodig.
Er zijn 2 Vw diesel motoren in gebouwd met hydraulische keerkoppelingen.
De boot heeft aan de voorzijde een boegschroef en een sputpaal.
Er zit bij de ingang van de boot een traplift ingebouwd zodat een (elektrische) rolstoel naar binnen kan komen.

De boot wordt verkocht zoals hij is, maar heeft naar onze mening wel onderhoud nodig.
Zowel technisch als opties.
De buitenkant is 2 jaar geleden (2024) geheel geschilderd.
Alles is wel gewoon werkend en te gebruiken en de boot zou gewoon varend opgehaald kunnen worden.

Wij zijn gemotiveerd om te verkopen.

This boat belonged to my father, and he sailed it throughout Europe for many years.
He has since passed away, and the boat needs some TLC.
It is equipped with two VW diesel engines with hydraulic reverse gear.
The boat has a bow thruster and a bilge pump at the front.
A stair lift is built in at the entrance to the boat so that an (electric) wheelchair can be brought aboard.

The boat is being sold as-is, but in our opinion, it does require maintenance.
Both mechanically and in terms of its features.
The exterior was completely repainted 2 years ago (2024).
Everything is in working order and usable, and the boat could be picked up under its own power.
