Succes 117 Prestige Jans is een heel ruim motorjacht uit 2006 met een stijlvol teakhouten interieur, waarbij door het gehele schip een teakhouten scheepsparket met witte bies ligt. Ze is uitgerust met een 150 pk sterke 6‑cilinder Iveco‑motor met nog geen 1000 bedrijfsuren en beschikt over elektrische boeg‑ en hekschroef voor moeiteloos manoeuvreren.

In het voorschip bevindt zich de gastencabine met een ruim V‑bed dat met een middenstuk eenvoudig tot een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed wordt gemaakt. Hier treft u bovendien berg- en kastruimte waaronder een grote hangkast, een wastafel en een vluchtluik met hor en verduistering. De ruime dinette kan als extra slaapplaats dienen. Daarnaast beschikt Jans over een U‑vormige kombuis met veel kastruimte, een koelkast met vriesvak, 4‑pits gasfornuis, spoelbak en een royaal werkblad. Ook deze ruimte heeft een dakluik voor extra licht en ventilatie.

De salon is ingericht met een L‑vormige zitbank, veel kast‑ en bergruimte en getint glas in aluminiumprofiel met condensgoten. Twee schuiframen zorgen voor extra ventilatie. Via een trapje bereikt u het achterschip, waar de eigenaarscabine is gesitueerd met een vrijstaand bed van 200 bij 160 cm, ruime kastruimte met hangkasten en twee grote luiken in de spiegel die zorgen voor daglicht en frisse lucht. Aan stuurboord bevindt zich een aparte doucheruimte en aan bakboord een toiletruimte met elektrisch toilet en wastafel.

Het ruime achterdek heeft een centraal geplaatste stuurinrichting, twee vaste bakskisten en een afsluitbare sprayhood en bimini, beide gevoerd. Rondom het schip loopt een hoge RVS‑reling en brede gangboorden. Op het salondak liggen twee zonnepanelen die de accu’s op niveau houden wanneer u niet aan boord bent. Vanaf het achterdek leidt een trapje naar het zwemplateau, waar een buitendouche aanwezig is.

Voor verkoop is de Succes 117 Prestige Jans volledig gekeurd; het keuringsrapport is op kantoor in te zien. De Jans is klaar voor vertrek, maar kan wel een schilderbeurt gebruiken.

The guest cabin is located in the bow and features a spacious V-berth that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed with a center section. Here you’ll also find storage and closet space, including a large hanging closet, a sink, and an emergency hatch with a screen and blackout curtain. The spacious dinette can serve as an additional sleeping area. In addition, Jans features a U-shaped galley with plenty of cabinet space, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas stove, a sink, and a generous countertop. This area also has a roof hatch for extra light and ventilation.

The salon is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, plenty of cabinet and storage space, and tinted glass set in aluminum frames with condensation gutters. Two sliding windows provide additional ventilation. A small staircase leads to the stern, where the owner’s cabin is located, featuring a freestanding bed measuring 200 by 160 cm, ample closet space with hanging closets, and two large hatches in the transom that provide natural light and fresh air. On the starboard side is a separate shower compartment, and on the port side is a head with an electric toilet and sink.

The spacious aft deck features a centrally located helm station, two fixed lockers, and a lockable sprayhood and bimini, both lined. A high stainless steel railing and wide gangways run around the boat. Two solar panels on the saloon roof keep the batteries charged when you’re not on board. A small staircase leads from the aft deck to the swim platform, where an outdoor shower is located.

The Succes 117 Prestige Jans has been fully inspected prior to sale; the inspection report is available for review at our office. The Jans is ready to sail, but could use a fresh coat of paint.
