Båden har et rummeligt cockpit med solmadrasser over agterkahytten og to siddegrupper. I styrbord side finder man et fast bord med tillægsplade, og i bagbord side styreplads med rat, navigationsudstyr, Garmin GPS med søkort, fishfinder, autopilot m.m. Her er også en ekstra siddegruppe samt en styrestol, der kan slås op under sejlads. Et aftageligt bord kan opsættes efter behov.

Motorerne er 2x Volvo Penta TAMD40B, som er blevet serviceret og vedligeholdt årligt i sælgers tid som ejer.

Fra cockpittet er der adgang til agterkahytten med to komfortable køjer. I salonen findes et langsgående pantry med kogeblus, vask og god opbevaringsplads. Siddegruppen har et bord, der kan omdannes til en stor dobbeltseng. Køleskab er integreret i siddegruppen. Derudover byder båden på toilet med bruser, samt traditionel V-køje i stævnen med plads til to voksne. Overalt er der rigeligt med skabe og stuverum.

Båden sejlede fra 1983 til 2007 på Bodensøen (ferskvand) og har derfor integreret holdingtank til alle afløb, som kan tømmes både med pumpe på vandet eller ved sug i havn.

Well-maintained and classic motor yacht with hardtop and aft cabin - a solidly built Storebro Royal Cruiser 31 Baltic that offers plenty of space, comfort and many updates.

The boat has a spacious cockpit with sunbeds above the aft cabin and two seating areas. On the starboard side you'll find a fixed table with an additional table top, and on the port side a steering position with steering wheel, navigation equipment, Garmin GPS with charts, fishfinder, autopilot and more. There is also an extra seating area and a steering chair that can be folded up while sailing. A removable table can be set up as needed.

The engines are 2x Volvo Penta TAMD40B, which have been serviced and maintained annually during the seller's time as owner.

From the cockpit there is access to the aft cabin with two comfortable berths. In the saloon there is a longitudinal pantry with stove, sink and plenty of storage space. The seating area has a table that can be converted into a large double bed. A fridge is integrated in the seating area. In addition, the boat has a toilet with shower and a traditional V-berth in the bow with room for two adults. There are plenty of lockers and stowage space throughout.

The boat sailed from 1983 to 2007 on Lake Constance (fresh water) and therefore has an integrated holding tank for all drains, which can be emptied both with a pump on the water or by suction in port.

This is a spacious family boat that is ready for new experiences. It has been on land every winter for bottom painting and polishing before launching during the seller's time as owner.
