Notes
2004 Roger Hill 9.5M, USD 175,000
NINA is a 31' Roger Hill power catamaran, built in New Zealand with epoxy-laminated Corecell. This construction makes for a lightweight and solid hull that handles the Virgin Islands' unpredictable weather and sea state with ease, delivering a very comfortable ride at speed. Twin Mercury Verado 225 hp outboards push her to an efficient cruise of 24–30 knots and a top end of 38 knots WOT.
The electrical package alone is something to behold. A 10.2 kWh Victron lithium bank, 970 W of solar, and a 3000 W inverter/charger let you run air conditioning and sleep in comfort all night, then recharge all day without ever touching shore power. Redundant charging and battery monitoring allow you to keep tabs on systems from anywhere thanks to onboard systems and Starlink connectivity. The helm carries dual Simrad NSS9 EVO3S displays with full NMEA integration.
She's set up as a true convertible cabin cruiser. Close the electric forward windshield hatch and drop the rear polycarbonate enclosures, and the entire salon and pilothouse become one enclosed, air-conditioned space, comfortable in any weather. Open it back up and you've got a wide, open-air entertaining area with a walk-through transom and swim platform that make boarding from the water effortless, ideal for swimmers, divers, or anglers working the cockpit.

Close the electric forward windshield hatch and drop the rear polycarbonate enclosures, and the entire salon and pilothouse become one enclosed, air-conditioned space, an oasis in the Caribbean heat or unpredictable conditions.
Below, NINA sleeps 4–6 adults across a forward queen berth in the centerline main stateroom, an additional single berth, and a convertible salon table that drops to form a double berth. She also features a galley with a three-burner propane stove, sink, fridge, and drawer freezer, plus a separate full head with shower and propane heating for instant hot water. Seating comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests plus captain across the cockpit and salon.
Whether you are in search of an accommodating family cruiser or a standout in the day charter and water taxi market, NINA is ready to go without a punch list.
