Seaworthy sailing houseboat, rock solid construction.

"Immanuel" Is a very beautifully lined, seaworthy, sailing living ship, with a new CVO/CBB inspection. The ship has been completely rebuilt in recent years into a comfortable living ship, with lots of light and space (5.42m wide).

In front is the living area with a spacious living room, open kitchen, owner's cabin with double bed and bathroom en suite. Next to it the children's/lodge room with bunk beds and separate toilet. Via the stairs you reach the tea hut, above that the wheelhouse and behind a separate living / office area with its own kitchen.
The ship is sold without berth.
