Het Lutje Motoryacht is een tijdloos ontwerp en kwalitatief van hoog niveau. De boot is gebouwd bij Lutje in Noord Duitsland, een werf die zich specialiseerde in hoogwaardige semi-custom jachtbouw. De boot heeft een ruim achterdek wat geheel overdekt is met een vaste overkapping. Een trap af komt u in de gezellige en ruime salon met aan stuurboord een royale sofa en aan bakboord een bergmeubel. De gehele boot is voorzien van veiligheidsglas en er is een ruime hoeveelheid hoezen en kappen om de boot zowel s zomers als s winters af te dekken tegen zon, weer en wind. Verder in de salon aan bakboord is de uitgebreide keuken. In het voorschip zijn een gasten hut en een natte cel. In het achterschip is de zeer ruime eigenaarshut met twee bedden. En suite zijn hier ook een gescheiden toilet en badkamer. De machinekamer is midscheeps onder het stuurhuis geplaatst. De techniek is goed verzorgd en de nodige zaken recent vernieuwd.
