Notes
1985 Apollo 32 TT Deluxe, DKK 275,000
The Apollo 32 is a classic Danish motor cruiser from an era when great emphasis was placed on solid construction, functional design, and ample space on board. The model has its roots in the Danish company Baess Boats and Klaus Baess and was developed with the aim of combining excellent sailing performance with the spaciousness and comfort that make the boat well-suited for both weekend trips and longer vacation cruises.
Over the years, the Apollo 32 has gained a loyal following among motorboat sailors, and it’s not hard to see why. Its classic design offers generous living spaces, proper cabins, and a large cockpit, while the semi-planing hull gives the boat the character of a true long-distance cruiser. It’s a boat type that offers a remarkable amount of space and practicality within its 32 feet.
Here we present a well-maintained and very genuine 1985 model, which appears to be a boat that has been used and regularly updated with a focus on comfort and practical sailing.
A significant advantage of this particular boat is that the original engine has been replaced by a Volvo Penta KAMD43P, a 6-cylinder, supercharged and turbocharged diesel engine producing 230 hk. The engine has only 930 hours on the clock, as of August 12, 2026, which is particularly noteworthy for a motorboat of this age.
The interior is classic Apollo 32, with ample space for both living and sleeping. The galley is equipped with an ENO gas oven and two gas burners, and the extra-thick mattresses enhance comfort during longer stays on board. The head has been updated with a newer electric toilet and holding tank, which can be emptied both via a deck passage and at sea, where permitted.
The cockpit offers plenty of space for life on board and can be supplemented with a table mounted aft. The swim platform makes access to the water easy, while the newer canopy extends the season and provides a well-protected living area. A winter canopy is also included.
Selected equipment:
An exciting opportunity for buyers seeking a classic and spacious Danish motor cruiser, while also wanting the benefits of a significantly newer engine and a wide range of modern comfort upgrades.
The Apollo 32 must first and foremost be experienced on board—here you get a truly substantial motorboat with plenty of space, a classic maritime atmosphere, and a feature set that makes it well-suited for both weekend trips and longer stays on the water.
