Therefore there is no issue with VAT. (but no actual VAT invoice is available)

Opmerking: BTW-status

Schip was voorheen (tot 2020 aankoop) altijd op de Italiaanse vlag die direct is gekoppeld aan BTW / belastingen. Aankoopcontract 1995 werd zoals normaal afgehandeld door een notaris in Italië, een openbaar ambtenaar en SOSTITUTO D'IMPOSTA, wat betekent dat ze de verschuldigde belastingen aan de staat moeten betalen als ze niet correct in het contract zijn betaald. Daarom is er geen probleem met de BTW. (maar er is geen actuele btw-factuur beschikbaar)
