The boat is exellent serviced twice a year and receives new antifouling annually. Boat has heating system in saloon & each cabin plus air condition in saloon with 220V. The boat is equipped with all charter equipment and is ready to sail, including kitchen- & bedding equipment, dinghy with outboard motor. The boat is sold with all the current equipment you need for national sailing in Croatia & international sailing worldwide.

Bali Catspace met 4 hutten en 4 badkamers, rechtstreeks van de eigenaar. Open indeling: de grote kantelbare glazen deur verbindt de salon en de cockpit naadloos met elkaar, waardoor één grote leefruimte ontstaat.
Vast voordekplatform: in plaats van het gebruikelijke trampoline biedt het vaste voordek een ruime zit- en zonneterras, vaak met directe toegang vanuit de salon.
Ontwerp & comfort: Hoge flybridges, 360° panoramisch uitzicht en luxe inrichting maken deze boten ideaal voor chartergasten en eigenaren. Zeer ruime achterhutten met veel ruimte, opbergruimte en planken. Twee enorme voorhutten met grote bedden die dwars in de voorpiek zijn ingebouwd.
Ik ken de boot en heb er persoonlijk regelmatig mee gevaren. Hij is bij uitstek geschikt voor gezinnen en chartergroepen die waarde hechten aan gezelligheid en comfort. Dankzij de eenvoudige bediening (zelfkerende fok) kan hij ook veilig worden bestuurd door een kleine bemanning of koppels.
De boot wordt twee keer per jaar uitstekend onderhouden en krijgt jaarlijks nieuwe antifouling. De boot heeft verwarming in de salon en elke hut, plus airconditioning in de salon met 220V. De boot is uitgerust met alle charteruitrusting en is klaar om te varen, inclusief keuken- en beddengoed, bijboot met buitenboordmotor. De boot wordt verkocht met alle huidige uitrusting die u nodig heeft voor nationale zeiltochten in Kroatië en internationale zeiltochten wereldwijd.

Bezichtigingen zijn op elk moment mogelijk, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en op afspraak.
Overname is mogelijk aan het einde van het seizoen/oktober 2026.
