For sale is a Baja H2X, built in 2000, with a powerful 8.2-liter Mercury V8 and 410 hp.

The Baja is in a decent condition corresponding to its age. Of course, there are some signs of use, most of which still come from the previous owner. Overall an honest boat with an extraordinary look and the typical Baja character.

A BOAT WITH INTERESTING HISTORY

The past of this Baja is also extraordinary: In the previous owner's case, the boat was equipped with a 1,000 hp Mercury engine and was driven, among other things, at the Liquid Quarter Mile on Lake Constance.

Today, the Baja is equipped with a much more suitable for everyday use, but still very confident 8.2-liter Mercury with 410 hp.

• The 1,000 hp engine originally had a different drive and different trim flaps.

• In the course of the conversion, the drive and trim flaps were renewed or executed to match the engine.

• A Z-drive matching the engine is installed.

• Trim flaps have been renewed.

• The upper pull-out manifolds are completely made of stainless steel.

• The engine has been overhauled.

• Since the revision, the current owner is a maximum of approx. 50 operating hours with the engine.

• After the revision, the engine was retracted for 20 hours according to the specifications of the boat fitter.

• During this running-in phase, the engine was not run over approx. 2,500–3,000 rpm.

• After the first 20 hours of operation, a complete oil change including filter change took place.

• The engine is currently still wintered.

• The boat has not yet been launched this season, as this has not been achieved in time.
