We present the project of a new houseboat with dimensions of 9.3x3m (can be extended to 10x3m) intended for living and recreational cruising on inland waterways of classes 3 and 4 alternatively for coastal cruising, CE category D. The size allows f easy transport, but we can adjust the dimensions according to requirements... Conceptually, the houseboat is made as a single-hull, the pontoon-shaped float is made of high-quality corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, reinforced with profiles, divided into 4 waterproof sections, the deck of the vessel is almost in one plane, with a large under-deck with space for storing all the necessary things, supplies, technology... The price includes an outer deck made of red spruce, but it can be replaced with thermowood or exotic wood.
Superstructure is made of sandwich cladding with 80mm PUR/PIR insulation (pur 80mm insulation is like 160mm insulating mineral wool), plastic windows/doors made of insulating 2 glass, the interior cladding is made of large-area laminate boards (bathroom vinyl), the standard is the internal cladding of the partitions to the furniture, the ceiling is a smooth white sandwich panel. Conceptually - in the front part there is a spacious living room of 8m2 with large balcony doors for better contact with the environment, in the middle part a kitchenette with sanitary facilities (option), in the back part a bedroom of 5.5m2 with a 2x1.6m raised bed with storage space under it and a chest of drawers (option). In the 1.4m wide galley (option) there is an induction cooker, refrigerator, sink, upper cabinets, in the bathroom there is a 90cm shower box, sink with cabinet, electric or gas boiler, standard/ship/chemical toilet (option)
In the front and rear parts there are deck exterior accesses to the bulkheads, in the back it is possible to place a LPG bottle, petrol tank,... (option) In the rear part it is possible to install an outboard motor up to 60hp, or stern platforms (option). It is necessary to order a control console and control mechanisms for the engine version. The roof - it is possible to install stairs to the upper sun deck or a ladder (option). Since the houseboat can be individually built, the standard includes electrical wiring- cabling, and other necessary systems are installed depending on the purpose of the vessel. Photovoltaics can be ordered for basic lighting or for stronger consumption. Houseboat systems can be ordered for autonomous year-round use using a combination of photovoltaics, LPG heating or diesel heating. Depending on the use, it is possible to install sewage tanks up to 2m3, which can be pumped from the shore, or drinking water tanks. For the comfort of the crew, curtains, nets, blinds, fireplace stoves, etc. For more permanent mooring, we offer a remote-controlled folding bridge and mooring rods as an additional order
