This Bavaria Cruiser 40 has a 11.99 m overall length, 3.99 m beam and 1.80 m draft. The three-cabin, two-head layout provides practical accommodation for cruising, with separate black- and grey-water systems. Fresh-water capacity totals 460 litres, split between stern and bow tanks, while the 220-litre fuel tank supports the onboard Volvo Penta installation with Sail Drive S130.

Sail handling is arranged around an in-mast furling mainsail and furling staysail. Deck equipment includes a teak cockpit and bathing platform, an electric anchor winch, a 30 kg main anchor with 60 m of chain dated 2023, a spare anchor, four mechanical winches, mooring lines and fenders. A bow thruster is also fitted, although its propeller requires repair or replacement.

Navigation and onboard equipment include an 8-inch Garmin touchscreen chart plotter linked through NMEA 2000, Raymarine wind instruments, two-way AIS, VHF DSC and an iCom manual radio station. Comfort equipment comprises a Webasto heater, bimini, sprayhood, refrigerator and freezer, gas cooker with oven, electric boiler and deck shower. Electrical equipment includes two 200 Ah gel batteries and two 100 W solar panels. The engine start panel, autopilot and bow thruster propeller require repair or replacement; EU VAT has not been paid.
