A very nice funicular built after the crack of Colin Archer. The 34-foot-long hull was made in Hamburg from polyester with isophtalic acid resin and built in Bremen mainly with solid teak. The length over all (incl. Bowsprit) is 13.5 m. The spars are made from Oregonpine. In favor of the sailing characteristics, a Marconi rigging with jib, jib, large and besan sail was chosen. The ship was watered in North Germany in 1980 and imported into Switzerland in 1999. Then a complete refit took place with the installation of many new and high-quality equipment. This includes, among others, The engine (250 hours), the w & k water installation or the tanks. Such a massive construction designed for the heavy weather sails is hardly built today.
