This 2009 Sunseeker Manhattan 52 has been completely refit in 2022 by a prominent local company Nova Design with a clear vision of the interior upgrade and redesign.
All of the service work has been meticulously done by professional service companies.
2023 engine and generator service done.
2021 Williams 280 Minijet included in the sale.
27 engine hours and always properly handled and maintained.
Comes with a dedicated Williams cover and sits on the original 400kg hydraulic platform.

Design:
- The interior of the yacht has been completely refit by Nova Design. The main deck has been completely stripped and replaced with new furniture, woodwork,carpets and a new main deck layout.
- The main deck furniture features top quality materials and natural leather upholstery.
- Smart TV 40" with electronic lift has been added to the saloon with an aerial TV antenna.
- The galley has been brought from downstairs lower deck up to the main deck allowing for a natural flow of communication and a much better workspace. Easy access to the cockpit and saloon makes this galley up configuration a much better choice for family cruising.
- The lower deck walkway has had the galley taken away providing for a large storage space with deep cupboards, a wine/champagne chiller and a new large standing height refrigerator/freezer.
- All of the woodwork has been redone and matched.
- Carpets throughout the yacht have been replaced.
- The main deck steering station now features a new natural leather helm station with lockers.

- Addition of a stern thruster.
