Bemerkungen

Joemarin 34 is a Finish built centre cockpit sloop built and designed by Han Groop.  The yacht has been re engine in 2005 with a Vetus 42hp engine which has only done 610 hours since fitting.  Salamander II has a semi enclosed wheelhouse over the centre cockpit which make her ideal for all weather cruising.  She has been fitted with warm air cabin heating, Garmin GPS Plotter and new house and engine start batteries in the last few years.  She has been well looked after by her current owner.  

ConstructionAll GRP hull and deck.  Fin Keel with skeg hung rudder with wheel steering.  Hull epoxied treated  Centre cockpit with fixed screen wheelhouse with cockpit tent and cockpit table.  All lines led aft to the cockpit.  Stainless steel pulpit and pushpit.  Granny bars around mast  Bathing Platform with stainless steel boarding ladder.  Stern mounted stainless steel davits 
MechanicalsEngine  Vetus MA17 42 hp 4 cylinder diesel engine fitted 2005.  Shaft driven to a 3 bladed fixed prop. Engine hours 610 and last service 2020.  Engine access through cockpit floor  Electrics  12 volt system with 3x 110 amp batteries.  Starting battery replaced 2019  Domestic batteries replaced 2021 Charge via heavy duty engine alternator, shore power battery charger and solar panel.  240 volt shore power  Vessel rewired 2003  Water System  Pressurized fresh water system. AccommodationSleeps 6 persons in two cabins and the saloon.  Forward berth with two single v berths The saloon has two settee's which can offer two single berths. Galley is aft of hte seating in saloon to port and chart table aft on the starboard side.  Aft cabin has large double berth.  Heads is forward with wash-hand basin and marine toilet. Plenty of storage throughout the boat.  Galley is fitted with twin sinks manual and electric water pumps.  Neptune 4500 2 burner over and grill and 12 volt fridge.  Eberspacher warm air heating and also solid fuel stove in saloon.
