3. Rig and Sail Handling
MAST and RIGGING Rig - cutter.Halls carbon mast with V boom, including annual professional inspection and crew varnished (awl clear) tops of spreaders and all imperfections each year.Harken switch track. Solid rod kicker. Hydraulic backstay adjuster - Navtec A320 with panel in cockpit. Pair of ion dissipators at masthead. Rod rigging. ‘Maffioli’ ropes for Main, Genoa, Staysail and Passerelle halyards. ‘Maffioli’ ropes for Main, Genoa and cruising chute sheets and control lines. Main and Genoa sheets replaced in July 2014.
MAINSAIL FURLING Fully battened / slab reefing.
HEADSAIL FURLING Electric Reckmann headsail and staysail furlers. Genoa furler motor replacedin May 2011.
WINCHES Lewmar, self tailing with alloy drums, drum replaced with bronze at mast in May 2012. Electric primaries and secondaries. Electric halyard winches on deck, starboard side of mast. Additional electric halyard deck winch on port side.
SPINNAKER GEAR MPS package with vertical stowed carbon pole on mast.Spinnaker sock replaced in January 2012.
SAILS UK Sails. Slab-reefed mainsail, fully-battened, genoa, staysail and cruising chute. Doyle USA - genoa, staysail and main sails replaced in July 2014.
4. Interior

GENERAL Nine berths in four cabins, excluding the saloon. Interior joinery finished in quarter sawn teak. Designed to be modern and co-ordinated, whilst remaining practical and durable at sea. Essential features include sculpted fiddles and grabrails, ‘shadow-gap’ joints between panels and Mobella McCoy Nova door handles. Cream inlay lines in doors and saloon table. Cabin sole in routered teak. Surfaces in galley in Avonite, colour: black ice matt and heads in Avonite, colour: flannel grey. Headlining in off-white vinyl. Upholstery - Caledonian soft white Bridge of Weir hyde leather with ‘stitched’ finish. Hullport surrounds in teak with routered horizontal lines and roman blinds. Lee screens on sea berths. Curtains / blind system to all cabins. Skysol blinds to deck saloon windows. Oceanair ‘skyscreens’ to all deck hatches. Flyscreens to all opening hull and coachroof ports. Fans x 7 in galley, at chart table and in each cabin.
SAIL LOCKER In forepeak accessed by stainless steel ladder from Rondal 700 flush hatch on foredeck.
TWIN CABIN Upper and lower berths with pull out section to lower berth to make double. Large stowage lockers under lower berth.
DOUBLE CABIN Double berth with locker outboard, large drawers and lockers under berth, hanging locker and door to en suite heads.
EN SUITE HEADS With Sealand Vacuflush toilet, washbasin and separate shower stall. Surfaces in flannel grey Avonite. Black water hoses replaced in November 2011.
SALOON Walnut inlaid table with fold-out centre section and cream inlay lines. Curved seating for eight. Teak bottle holder on aft face of table pedestal. Companionway steps with non-slip stainless steel strips and fibre-optic subtle lighting.
GALLEY Spacious galley with black ice matt Avonite surfaces with routered draining grooves.Plentiful stowage. Wineglass cabinet with 16 Riedel wine glasses.
SINKS Double stainless steel sinks. Manual hand pump at sink for freshwater in case of power / pump failure. Charcoal filter to pressurized supply. Seagull purifier water system with dedicated separate tap.
COOKER Force 10 electric oven.
MICROWAVE / OVEN Combination microwave and browning oven.
REFRIGERATOR Frigomatic 24V DC refridgeration for galley fridges and cockpit table.
FREEZER Veco Frigomatic freezer.
NAVIGATION AREA Very spacious chart table with right angled top, full instrumentation including 19 PC monitor. Bookshelf.
GUEST CABIN With upper and lower berths, hanging locker and vanity unit.
OWNER’S STATEROOM With large centreline double berth, single berth to starboard with trotter box and small settee and vanity unit to port. Custom slide away black-out and fly screen to aft companionway. Stainless steel steps to deck. Twin bookshelves. Extra sound insulation under floor.
EN SUITE HEADS With Sealand Vacuflush toilet, washbasin and separate shower stall. Black water hoses replaced in November 2011.Surfaces in flannel grey Avonite. Extractor fan.
5. Entertainment
SOUND SYSTEM Linn DVD / CD with iPod socket in saloon and CD / tuners in all other cabins. 5 speaker surround sound system in main cabin, 4 speakers system in Owner’s stateroom. Waterproof speakers in cockpit.
TELEVISION 32 Toshiba with electric lift system in saloon. Kramer distribution system to other cabins with televisions.26 Toshiba LCD TV in aft cabin with link to pedestal display. 23 Blaupunkt TV in forward starboard cabin, new in October 2012. Magic eye for DVD in aft starboard guest cabin and forward starboard guest cabin. Alpine 8 drop down LCD for each berth including wireless headphones in aft starboard guest cabin. Additional Apple TV, from October 2012, and anything on an apple device is played through the ships systems.
6. Engineering
ENGINE Perkins Sabre 185C 6-cylinder diesel (187 hp).
ENGINE HOURS Approximately 5,100 at March 2015.
PROPELLER Brunton Varifold 4-bladed, rebuild kit in spares.
ROPE CUTTER Ambassador rope cutter on propshaft, rebuild kit in spares.
ALTERNATORS 40A 24V alternator for start battery charging, replaced main engine alternator in February 2014.Mastervolt 150A 24V high output alternator for domestic battery charging, controlled by a Mastervolt Alpha Pro Regulator.
GENERATOR Onan 17.5kVa 220V @ 50Hz to handle aircon loads, including internal fire extinguisher - Fire Pro.
GENERATOR HOURS Approximately 4,650 at March 2015.
BOWTHRUSTER Maxpower CT325 18hp tunnel bowthruster with eyebrow.
AIR CONDITIONING 220V Cruisair reverse cycle system, giving a total of 64,000 BTUs from four 16,000 BTU units, plus an additional three air handling units to direct air around boat.
ICEMAKER Raritan 84B505-2 linked to inverter.
WATERMAKER Seafresh 206A - 220V AC watermaker, including Seafresh auto flush system, producing 104 litres per hour. Hour meter added to watermaker in November 2011. Watermaker high pressure pump motor new and pump rebuilt in April 2015.
7.Tankage and Plumbing

FUEL 2,000 litres approximately (500 imp/528 US gallons) in two GRP tanks.
WATER 1,600 litres approximately (350 imp/422 US gallons) in two GRP tanks.
TANK TENDER GAUGES
HOT WATER From an insulated approximately 73 litres (16 imp/19 US gallons) tank heated by the engine’s heat exchanger, or by thermostatically-controlled 220V, 1.25kW immersion heater elements powered by the generator or dockside power.
PRESSURISED HOT AND COLD FRESHWATER SYSTEM

Backup fresh water pump, new in November 2011. Primary fresh water pump, rebuilt in October 2013. Accumulator tank replaced in October 2013.
HOLDING TANKS 3 x gravity discharge Polypropylene tanks with Wema gauges.
8. Electrics
SHIP’S SUPPLY 24V.
RINGMAIN 220V mains AC ring main with seven double, 3-pin outlet sockets located as appropriate within the layout, using Clipsal sockets.
OTHER ELECTRICAL SOCKETS 12V socket at chart table. Socket and plug in lazarette for 12V 30A dinghy pump. 24V Dri-Plug socket at pedestal for MCA fire fighting system. Additional 220V AC Vimar socket in galley. USB Bluetooth adaptor. USB 2 port outlet and network panel and USB hub.
BATTERIES Total 820Ah Rolls Surrette batteries fitted with Hydrocaps. Engine and genset starting batteries spiral wound Optima Red Top RT-S 4.2 batteries.
BATTERY MANAGEMENT Mastervolt 220V MASS 24/100charger.Additional Mastervolt MASS 24/100 charger. Emergency link for engine start to domestic batteries.
INVERTERS Mastervolt 220V Sine inverter 24V / 1500W for AV systems and icemaker. Additional Mastervolt 220V Sine inverter 24V / 2500W for powering domestic sockets and microwave.
SHOREPOWER 30A dockside power cable. Hubbell socket in transom. Additional 30A dockside power cable and socket.
INTERIOR LIGHTING Lighting control with Vimar light switches throughout. Canteloupi Ghibli LT4181 with polished chrome finish bulkhead reading lights throughout. Dimmer switch to main overhead lights in saloon and under forward windows. Strip / rope lighting under kick recess of saloon seating. Fibre optic lights in companionway steps. Red courtesy light x 3 at sole level at each saloon step. LED touch light in forward port cabin. Reading light for lower berth. Red overhead lights separately switched at galley, chart table and in each head.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING Boom light over cockpit table. Low level LED deck lighting in cockpit and aft walkway. Pair of lower spreader downlighters. LED uplights to each spreader. LED white downlighters on transom x 2. Lopolight LED navigation lights at bow and stern. Lopolight LED steaming light on mast. Lopolight LED tri-white anchor / navigation light at masthead, replaced in September 2014.

CHART PLOTTER / RADAR Raymarine standard E120 radar / chart plotter with repeater at starboard pedestal. E120 in cockpit rebuilt in October 2014, and there is a spare onboard.

AUTOPILOT Raymarine ST7000 with ST290 control head on port pedestal.Autopilot motor replaced in April 2012, and there is a spare onboard. Autopilot control panel replaced in September 2013, and there is a spare Motherboard onboard.

VHF RADIO Raymarine 240E VHF at chart table with hailer / horn function and second station at port pedestal. VHF speaker in cockpit replaced in September 2013.
SSB RADIO Furuno 1570 SSB radio, including DSC antenna. Wide copper strip and plates for SSB earth. Backstay insulated as aerial for SSB.
SATELLITE PHONE Sailor Fleet 250 BGAN for voice / fax / data.
PC Computer hard drive replaced in September 2012.
